Replace One-dimensional Thinking with SIX-dimensional Thinking!
Unleash the Power of Focused Meetings!

Simple, Straightforward and Resourceful! This revolutionary approach to team performance is one of the most powerful tools in creative thinking. Six Thinking Hats® is a simple process that will change the way your team thinks! The Six Thinking Hats® method proposes the separation of thinking into 6 categories, each with corresponding figurative hats. It is a simple adjustment to a team’s thinking strategies that will transform fragmented meetings and conversations into focused and groundbreaking ones; it’s as easy as switching a hat.
Six Thinking Hats………A seminar to elevate and enhance
• Meeting management and facilitation.
• Team productivity and communication.
• Creativity.
• Problem solving and decision making.

The Six Thinking Hats® Concept

The Six Thinking Hats® method is a systematic process that helps thinking become much more constructive, comprehensive, and creative. Simply put, this process enables a measurable shift from adversarial to productive thinking.
Learn how to separate thinking into six distinct categories. Each category is identified with its own colored metaphorical "thinking hat.” By mentally wearing and switching “hats,” one can easily focus or redirect thoughts, the conversation, or the meeting. The difference between brilliant and mediocre teams lays not so much in their collective mental equipment, but in how well they use it and how well they work together.

What you will learn:

The process encourages you to separate fact from opinion, to look fully at both positive and negative options and to get hidden agendas that can sabotage any meeting on the table. It stimulates innate creativity and helps discover how to turn seemingly insoluble problems into real opportunities.
You will learn how to:
• Foster collaborative thinking and interaction by keeping egos and "turf protection" in check.
• Reduce the adversarial approach in all interactions.
• Promote the use of several different ways of thinking so that negative or critical approaches do not trap people.
• Develop a framework that encourages different kinds of thinking and provides a more open, creative climate for discussion.
• Create parallel thinking to harness ideas from everyone in the organization.
• Make time for creative thinking to develop alternative and innovative solutions.
• Run more effective and productive meetings.
